In search for that significant someone while one is in search of all the red flags, it’s extremely important for one to look out for the green ones as well. These green flags come easy to some but completely difficult for others. By not having the proper knowledge to even acknowledge them correctly. These green flags consist of self-sufficiency, self responsibility, self care, healthy hobbies, long lasting relationships, communicating openly, spirituality, vulnerability, self reflective, empathy, and the support of one’s personal growth. All of these that were listed are the green flags in this Modern Age. While one is constantly focused on the red flagged situations that occur some forget about these terms. One may have forgotten just how important these green flags are.
Firstly, when we begin talking about self-sufficiency, meaning when one has the capability to take care of his or her own needs. For example paying their own way, this meaning bills, rent, insurance, etc. When a male or a female shows one their self-sufficiency it draws in the other party in further. This showing much security, a grounded and secured human being. With much power to withheld anyone or anything thrown their way. For one to be self-sufficient, one shows many signs of stability and or wholeness. If one shows no signs. there are some ways to become more sufficient. Individuals can start creating a home that’s right for them, live a simpler life, and most importantly kick that debt to the side and finally pay it. Where one feels it’s impossible think again.
Secondly, speaking upon self responsibility and self care. Self responsibility meaning one taking full acknowledgment for one’s actions and or situations that may take place at that given time. Owning up to whatever it may be at that case and time. Now, when speaking upon self-care you gain knowledge of the factual indications of oneself. That becomes dually entwined with both self care and self responsibility. This is because self care and self responsibility both go hand in hand. These both look out for one another. Without one without the other a human could possibly be off balanced. Self responsibility is to have the ability to decide, respond, and choose. For self care is taking full responsibility for one’s mental, emotional, and physical health. Some steps to improve would be eating healthier, exercising, taking trips with oneself, and even introducing more sleep to one’s routine. Having to be responsible for both becomes a struggle but more than possible, these green flags are always good to look out for during one’s search.
Thirdly when looking at this green flag, one is known as healthy hobbies. When a man or a woman has healthy hobbies this draws the other party closely. Closely for reasonings of which being that may the other individual be drawn to the same hobbies. Hobbies being working out, watching the same shows and or movies, playing sports, the list goes on. When one holds the same interest as the other this broadens the relation. Given that both individual share the same interests. This makes the relation smoother given the likes are the same. That’s not all it means when the party inwhich one is showing interest to has healthy hobbies. This shows one that they can maintain a healthy level of stress that they may encounter with. These hobbies help them escape their realities in a positive way is always a good sign.
Fourthly, when it comes to long-lasting relationships, friendship being dually as important. When looking for this flag one cannot forget to focus on how long they’ve known the other for. That plays an ideal factor, believe it or not. When one individual knows another, through any findings that this inparticular individual may show more significance than a stranger. May it be a friend through growing up, a friend through passing, or just a friend of a friend. Either or friendship before relationship is extremely important. Remember nothing good comes from those who rush. So take your time getting to know one another, there is no rush. Timing isn’t everything remember timing builds character. Building a flat enough foundation is the highest part of growth within one another.
Fifthly, while long-lasting relationship is also a plus, let’s dive into this special green flag. This special green flag being the communicating openly. This being an important one while one is paying close attention to all that was spoken about. One cannot forget about him or her speaking openly. This meaning when one’s mad and or upset, do they still keep that open line of communication. All lines of communications being left open to discuss the likes and dislikes. A person may have or been feeling at that very moment in time. Taking the good with the bad and fixing it to the best of your ability.
In addition to the green flags that have been mentioned, there’s also two additional green flags. These are vulnerability and spirituality. When one shows another one their vulnerable side, some may feel that one may take it and try to hurt them. In search for significance of another and immediate red flag is someone who prays off weaknesses of others. No good that’s a no-go but what’s golden is this green flag . It’s when one shows the other party and equal amount of vulnerability. This leaving the other party calm, cool, and collective. A non temperamental behavior that is as pure as snow. But when it comes to the spirituality aspect, one must keep in mind that. If him or her believes in some kind of hope or faith. May it be a god or goddess make sure one looks for an individual. That believes enough in something to believe in you. By them believing in him or her this leaves room for them believing in one’s relationship. Through the good, the bad and the ugly. That no matter, what kind of belief.
Due to the fact of speaking of green flags, when talking about the men or women that show much self reflectiveness. This becomes eager to any eye, being the proper qualified definition to this term. Is basically having the ability to look passed oneself and straight into the mirror and reflect. Describing what one sees, when looking for someone with significance. One may want to get an understanding of how that individual values themselves. Coming into the acknowledgement if this individual is a negative or positive human being. Now bringing up the flag of if he or she shows empathy. This is partially important based on that empathy meaning the understanding of others feelings. Not only feeling them but having the ability to sense others emotions. When in search its key, for one to search for the flag empathy. Given that with the characteristics of having empathy draws in the emotional parties, with strong hearts, and bold minds.
Lastly, during one search make sure one looks out for someone who supports one’s personal growth. In the search of finding that significant other, one might want to make sure that the other party in which they’re seeing . Is interested in their personal growth, may it be eating properly to lose weight, or getting promoted at one’s job. Both being significantly important for oneself growth. Support them through good times, bad times, sad times, and even life changing times. Support them till you can’t anymore, don’t give up on one’s future because of selfish tendencies. Move past that and grow with one another.
As the search continues at least now one has a couple more things to look out for. Red flags as well as green ones. One searching high and low to coming to a understanding that all good things come to those are willing to wait for it. Waiting patiently and testing out trials and errors before the right one comes along. Now, with all this new information hopefully one’s search becomes less of a struggle. Every relationship takes work, so try and try till trying gets old. But guess what trying is far better than any satisfactory because the one who tries, is the one who wins.
